Gender Diversity
Our gender diversity pillar is to promote gender diversity and equality for all employees. We are constantly setting and exceeding targets of equal employment with concrete milestones for men and women in colleague and leadership roles.
Race & Cultural Diversity
We are working towards a team of diverse colleagues from all different nations, cultures, and religions. We believe that the most diverse teams produce the best results and we embrace all walks of life in our small mountain community. As of today, we have 35 nationalities working at the Lodge!

Our brand’s identity is about welcoming everyone to our hotels. We do not discriminate against anyone’s sexual preferences and participate annually in LGBTQIA+ initiatives like Jasper’s Pride & Ski Festival to celebrate with our guests and colleagues.
